hey i have a friend who is a virgo, she is so nice, but she has really low self estem. I was just wondering what i could do to help her out. She always is so hard on herself and never gives herself credit when she has done something good. She'll tell her self she could have done it better. I just wish there was something i could say to get her out of thinking like this. I try to talk to her and tell her its not true, but I look at her like family and it hurts me to see her down like that. What helps a virgo be more confedent? sad, cancer
I guess I am not sure of that anwser. I am a virgo, and one thing I know is that as virgo's we try to please everyone around us. We want to make sure that our friends and family are happy. I guess you could say that we put other's happiness before our own. Self estem is something that is learned over time. Maybe the next time you compliment her and she is hard on herself, just ask her why. Tell her that you think she is great and special and has no reason to be hard on herself. It may be something from her past too.....or maybe something that affected her growing up. Just be supportive and you'll help out more than you know! Good luck!
I am a Virgo and most I know like myself like to read. Get her the book "The Four Agreements"...RUIZ. She has to learn to love herself just the way she is...and damn the opnions of others.
