I watched this movie, and well is really freaky and saddistic.. in a good way. I thibk it makes a good suspense/horror movie, it has a different story, so its original. But the other day a friend of mine told me that it was actually made like in 1 week or 2... and mostly by two guys (that did the director, producer, acting thing.. ) so now I appreciate it even more. Also, it was their first movie. It has some strong scenes, that you have to cover your eyes, but you keep thinking trough the whole movie. What would I do in that situation?
I bought a used copy from the video store and watched it. It was okay. Yes, plenty of sadistic mind-bending shit, but not extremely graphic. Very reminiscent of "Se7en," actually. Torture-killing to satisfy a depraved maniac. I didn't reckon that the end made sense, though. I don't feel it could have been that guy if he had been in the condition that he was supposed to be in. I thought it was really good. The ending took me for a loop. The acting could have been a bit better but I've seen worse. Much worse. Saw is a movie that I would watch agian but it won't be as good as the first time.
I heard alot of mixed reviews... But me personally Loved it.. I like bad horror flicks... The end was the best eding I have ever seen and takeing into consideration that the movie took only 17 hours to make I think its great!!
