So so sick of dealing w/moron-zombie-lemming-nazi-retard-IQ-of-3
healthcare administrators who just wasted 4 days of my time telling me I wasn't covered for something on my med plan that I knew I was covered for. Took 4 days to get a letter faxed which proved I was covered, and I still can't even get the app't set up.
Wtf is wrong w/this country that we still don't have socialized medicine!!??
(Rhetorical question if there ever was one...)
Sorry to be ranting here, and if I'm posting in the wrong place -but I've had it w/this crap.

I swear, hhk, some of those guys' job description is to block, obfuscate, and turn into hell-on-earth your path to claim the benefits you are entitled to and shouldn't have to go out of your way to claim. The assholes figure that most people will either a) be too stupid to realize they're getting the blue meanie up the wazoo, or b) will give up after the pain becomes too great.

You almost have to have a shark (lawyer) with you to get what you paid for.

Good luck, be strong, and try not to maim anyone, regardless of much they need maiming.

    Peter Principle

A rule of organizations that states, “In a hierarchy, every employee tends to rise to his level of incompetence.” Formulated by Laurence J. Peter, this rule is supposed to explain occupational incompetence.
