flouro flower possible yeilds

Whta are some of the possible yeilds with a bed of say 400W worth of flouro lights, Im talkin maybe a low high estimate. Though only person Ive asked on it so far quoted me at around 120g with decent genetics etc. Basically anyone else have any experience flowering with the tube say shoplight flouros?

also I alreadt know Id be way better off with HPS, I just dont like the idea of making a detectable hotspot in my apt. and ordering it through the mail just seems shifty to.

 

1/4 to 1/2 oz per sq foot if your kickin' it with shop lights.

SFE.

Might do better with Compact flourescents.
