strange sensation

I had this strange dream, I don't remember what about, but while dreaming I started to wake-up just enough to be between dreaming and awake. At this time I started to experience this strange and scary sensation, like there was something hovering right over me...it was very strange. The sensation went from my head to my toes. Any ideas about this?

its called sleep paralysis...happens to me often.

iv seen some dark shit in the paralysed state...sleep paralysis is not to uncommon though really
