BACON & CHEESE PIZZA (for breakfast, serves 6) INGREDIENTS: 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 9-inch pastry for single crust pie 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese 4 eggs 1-1/2 cups sour cream 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley DIRECTIONS: Roll pastry to fit into a 12-inch pizza pan; Bake at 425 for five minutes; Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over crust; In a bowl beat eggs, sour cream and parsley until smooth; Pour over pizza. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until pizza is fluffy and lightly browned.
