Yes, of course. Just do pectoral exercises like a guy would do to build his chest muscles. There is muscle behind there too you know, not just fat. You have to keep it toned like any other muscle if you want things in the right spot. Yep yep.
Well your brests won't be up to your chin, but it helps with the elasticity, which is what makes your breasts sag. And like rapunzel said, part of it is that you lose fat which helps you perk up. Of course I've known women with A and B cups who sag, so every woman is different.
