The Secret of NIMH is most def. an all time favorite. Of course I love all "kids movies" I refuse to grow up so I feed my inner child all the crap I can so she'll be out and play more than my mature adult self. I say let the inner child out and the outer adult can go get lost somewhere.

 

The Last Unicorn, The Secret of Nihm and The Snow Man have been both faves as a child, and as an adult. I always cry to this day at the end when the snowman melts. There is no talking in the movie, only music. All three of my kids adore it as well.

Other flicks, I really like are The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Finding Nemo, Shark Tale, The Incredibles, Shrek and Shrek II, Spirited Away, Alladin, Fantasia and Fantasia 2000, Stuart Little and Stuart Little 2. And I'm sure there are many others.

 

The Neverending Story. The sequels sucked, but the original rocks. I wore out the video stores tape of it when I was young.

and so i like a lot of the disney films i'm a child by heart and still love to read childrens books..they are soo cute and often so smart..)

Oh man yay, i love this thread. Makes me all nostalgic and shit. Top kid movies will have to be, brave little toaster, the land before time, fern gully, the neverending story, toy story 1 and 2, monsters inc., and finding nemo.

 

Oh yeah dude and those movies they used to show on disney, one of them was like something witch mountain and it was about twins who were from another planet and when they put their hands together they emitt a purple light.

How about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. My brothers, sister and i each had a fave and mine was Donatello. Loved that cartoon and the movies.


Does anyone remember the cartoon Ninja Robots? It had Japanese creators (as a lot of the best do) It sounds weird but i had a crush of the character Joe ;-)
