NIN is a kick ass band. Trent Reznor is a smart guy when it comes to music. There becoming one of my favorite bands. I got turned on to them after hearing the song Perfect Drug. I bought Downward Spiral and Things Falling Apart. There both good albums what's a guy to choose which one's the best. I love the fuckin sound effects. Good lyrics too. I relate to it cause I find the lyrics to be intense and depressing. I relate to it cause I suffer from depression cause of bi-polar. NIN and Pink Floyd are two of my favorite bands. Can't wait to pick up the new NIN cd next month. I think it comes out may 5.

Trent Reznor is great, but the unsung hero of the band is Chris Wrenna....they hang out at a club in Cleveland called 'Trilogies', I'm pretty sure...

If you can, try to pick up the bonus disc that came with the 'AND ALL THAT COULD HAVE BEEN' live cd. The bonus disc is called 'STILL' and has deconstructed tracks from The downward spiral and The fragile, and also 3 new tracks that are only available on that cd. The standout one is called 'AND ALL THAT COULD HAVE BEEN' and will blow away 'HURT' from the downward spiral. I have got the new album, and it is ok, but does not have the impact of the previous efforts, except on or two trcks.

I have yet to hear their new CD, but if its from Trent Reznor, then it will be good. I don't have a doubt about that. I've been a fan of his for years, even before I became such a big Maynard Keenan fan.

I'm a huge Trent fan as well, but I can say I was honestly let down with this album.
But as SOON as it come out, please tell me what you think.

"The Downward Spiral" has to be in my top ten favourite albums.

I once had the album "Broken" but I found it boring... sold it on Ebay
