Can you act straight in front of parents?

When you're on E is it easy to act straight like in front of parents? I wanna take it but just incase some people are around I want to know if I'll be able to act straight. Is 5 hours enough time? I know it's not but is it enough time to act straight>?

 

Ecstasy is very easy to act normal on. You aren't really messed up at all, you're just incredibly happy. Don't worry about getting caught, I've rolled infront of my parents and they had no idea.

 

OK kiddies listen up, just because X doesn't "fuck you up" like tripping does doesn't mean you won't act tweaked or get caught. I mean, after 5 hours you'll probably be acting relatively normal but you never know. And besides, whenever I've done ecstacy (or tripped on anything) my pupils have always gotten humongous for like 9 hours.

 

Generally my pupils return to normal before I even get back to baseline. As for acting straight, it depends on the pill, how much experience you have rolling, etc. If it's going to be your first time rolling, I'd recommend avoiding authority figures at all costs, as you'll probably be chewing on something and have your eyes rolled up in the back of your head. You should be more than fine after 5 hours, maybe a little bit tired, but you won't be so fucked up that you can't handle yourself.

 

ecstacy is so variable in quality, content, dosage, and so on, and people have such different reactions to it that though you may very well be able to handle yourself in front of people, by no means should you ever COUNT on being able to act straight.

besides, it does dilate your pupils an awful lot for most people.

just do it if you KNOW you're not going to be required to act straight in the first place.

 

your pupils get so big that if your parents saw them they would know you were fucked on something if they knew anything about drugs at all

if they do catch you, you could prolly pass it off as being stoned and i recon theyd prolly be much more fine about it

With all psychadelics, my pupils get huge and stay huge for up to 12 hours, long after I can 'act straight'. This isn't a big deal for people with really dark eyes. but my eyes are baby blue- and they turn almost completely black!

 

If you are actually rolling hard, your parents will be able to tell. You can see people's eyes physically shake when they are rolling, and the pupils are huge. But if you're not rolling that hard, it should be easy.

I just got through rollin nad now I know that you can't tell when someones on it unless your dancing like what i did.

 

I've already been caught once on E because of my pupils and I was wondering if there's anyway to make them smaller. Like visine kills bloodshot eyes when your high, and I heard a myth that sugar can kill your roll, but I doubt that it makes your pupils smaller. If anyone has any guaranteed methods, let me know pls.

 

It´s not a myth, sugar can in fact bring you down quite quickly, because if you ingest sugar, your pancreas will release insulin, which is a catalytic for the metabolism of XTC. (This is a real advantage for people suffering from diabetes: they roll very much longer.)
So if you want to get most out of your pills, don´t eat for several hours before.
And if you want to end your trip quickly, just ex a bottle of cola (of course the real stuff, coke light won´t work!) and eat some chocolate bars.
And for those of you with a medical background: an intravenous injection of 50ml of 20% glucose will end an E trip within minutes! (This also works for a couple of other drugs, especially phenethylamines.)

 

I think its defintly easy to tell if your rollin. The color of your eyes just dont disappear (dialation like whoa) that easy. A lot of people get the shakes real bad, so if your around your parents in the kitchen gettin somethin to drink they might put 2 and 2 together.

 

It depends on the person really. Your eyes will dialate but you can get away with that as long as you don't get like real real close. But some people clench their teeth and shake and and can hallucinate and you might be in bad shape of you start seein things in front of your parents.

 

the first time i rolled was with about 5 of my very closest friends in my basement one halloween. my parents were upstairs, and could hear our music and our fucked-up conversations. it was hilarious. my dad called it the "24-hour beatnik cafe"

 

It's not really something to worry about... I've never been on it in front of my parents, but it does make you very happy so you might start sounding a little different... but you also could probably control it if you tried.


Another thing though, with me, depending on the kind I take, and some other people it does it to also: one of my eyes goes cross-eyed. It moves over to the side and looks very weird. But i don't think that happens often. Just thought you should know.

 

im a pretty experienced tripper, not so much with X, but with acid and shrooms, and yes my pupils get HUGE!!!!!!!!!! is there any way to make them NOT become humongous while you trip, but still trip??

 

when i did e, i noticed that i felt like i was acting straight, but i was really acting fucked up as all hell. my mom called, and i remember thinking just act normal, but my friends said i was talking to her all excidedly and interested, so for me it's very tricky,and close to impossible to be around parents.
