    very cool! ...how did you make it? the only homemade cheese i know how to make is paneer, that indian cheese that's kind of like ricotta.

    is it any good?

    i wouldnt even know where to begin...cheese is a mystery to me, a gooey mystery.

    oh it's so easy. :D you should try it. just take like a litre of milk and boil it till it foams, then put lemon juice or vinegar or other acidic stuff (about 2 tablespoons in) and lower the heat and stir it slowly then move it somewhere else and cover it fer about ten minutes, and then pour the whey off.... oh, you'll need cheesecloth (i used lace.... hahah) and a colander.... and then after that put it in the cheesecloth/fabric and make it into like a lil bag and run it under cold water, then put it somewhere in paper towels or more fabric and put something heavy on it until it's firm. :D
