I just read a bit more, and I think I am able to grasp this better. Though, I still have some questions..

what I got from my reading, what that Kundalini is ..somewhat of an enlightened state. A state that can be reached through meditation or yoga, correct? Though.. how are you sure when you've reached kundalini awakening, the signs said an awareness, and love for the beings around you, and a sense of oneness..but, at times I feel that after a good session of meditation, so how can I be so sure I've 'reached kundalini awakening?' Also, some articles stressed that this was a dangerous act, and it should be taken with caution. Is there something I am missing, or is this enlightening more serious and severe then a simple meditation technique?

kundalini is the hidden "serpent" energy that lies dormant in the unenlightened persons assbone, I believe

It raises through the spine, through each chakra until it reaches the third eye. Then the practitioner of kundalini yoga uses extreme will to raise it to the crown chakra from the third eye, which causes samadhi i believe
