Did you remember Beltane?

I just remembered yesterday

 

Yeah I remembered, wrote on my calendar just to make sure.

 

We're not celebrating until the 21st this year. Kinsman have obligations elsewhere until then.

I forgot it... it was Samhain in Australia anyway.

Yea it was my B-Day

 

I forgot it like mad...I really had no excuse, even, because I have one of those calendars with the holidays from pretty much any religion you can think of...so writing it on there wouldn't have helped much.

 

i will never forget this beltane!

i met my love in woodstock on the 30th, and the 1st was the most wonderful day of my whole life, just sitting on the futon mat on the floor of his apartment with a pipe and his guitar, talking, laughing, singing, smoking, cuddling, making love, just being together. it was just beautiful! (i guess you could say we erected our own "maypole"! )

 

well I wouldn't say I planned it for months, but I did remember Beltane. I had a few friends over the weekend before to celebrate it.

 

Midsummer is closing in! Whooo Hoooo

 

Only 5 peeps showed up (2 drui) for our beltaine. It was good, great music, food, alcohol, fire jumping. Good times.
