It sounds as though you may have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I'm not familiar with Raynaud's Syndrome though, what is that?

My hands, fingers, and wrists ache quite a bit too. Sometimes it's uncomfortable just washing my hair. I haven't sought treatment for it because it's not always too bad, but arthritis runs in my family as well.

Definitely talk to your doctor if you're feeling discomfort and see what he/she has to offer you as far as how you can go about easing the pain for yourself.

    Good luck.

I don't blame you for wanting to do something about it. It sure as heck doesn't sound very pleasant.

I always thought I had arthritis in my knees, but I wasn't very nice to them in my younger years. Messed one up playing hockey and screwed the other one diving (flipper caught on some rocks and I didn't notice). I snap, crackle and pop when walking. My knees swell when its damp, and ache in the cold.

My doctor told me I had just messed them up, ripped some tendons, eroded some cartiledge and other yucky stuff.... but I don't know if I believe him. My father has arthritis and early onset can be hereditary. But are you or were you rough on your hands?

Colloidal Silver is supposed to be good for arthritis (and shit-loads of other stuff) There's plenty of information on the net about it.....it's been used for thousands of years but in the 1920's/30's antibiotics pushed it out of useage. Basically silver is found in the soil but due to modern agriculture a lot of nutrients are lost from soil (silver being one) Anyway, have a surf.....

The other thing worth looking at is your diet (if you don't already) there are particular foods that can exacerbate the inflamation and others that can counter the bad stuff going on inside <----- me being technical :)

    Good luck
