What sort of radio station do you listen to? A certain type of music station, talkback, news or like me do you not have much choice... I usually listen to Triple J...:sunglasse
There's nothing here that I like. There's 4 stations that play mainstream mtv crap, atleast 10 that play current country, no classic country or blues or college stations, and the 2 "classic rock/pop" stations are obsessed with 80's synth crap and Guns n Roses. There's some French language talk-show station that comes all the way from Canada... that's about it. CD player for me. :H wtf am i still doing on these forums
whatever they have on at work. I am not a big radio guy. when my car works, it is playing cds no radio. at home radio=never.
we have a half decent am station, it plays good stuff. then some times I listen to the cbc its mostly talking and such. and we have a classic rock station is not the great but not horrible
We have two stations that play folk and some bubblegum/psychedelic rock. And then there's one that you can barely get, but it plays old underground music like the 13th Floor Elevators and the Gnomes and some French band that's pretty cool.
Haha, we have a modern/alternative station... 96.1... I like their radio shows and such. I listen to it if I need a change. 106.9 the fox, they play a lot of crappy stuff sometimes. I think we have a new one, but I haven't been listening to much radio lately. I like the am stations... sometimes they have folk and blues musicians on there.
KQMT streams on the 'Net http://www.995themountain.com/ KCUV, too http://www.kcuvradio.com/ I have been a fan on Internet radio since I was able to listen to the Willamette Valley Folk Fest, and Taarka, while working in Colorado. I was using Real Player on Mac at the time. Live 360.com has some good stations. I also listen to AM 760, which is mostly Air America, but a local progressive show in the morning. Yay.
I listen to several different musical genres, but the radio station I listen to the most is http://www.wdrv.com/ Chicago's number one classic rock station.
105.7 the point - it's an alternative rock station here in stl that i usually listen to. K-Hits - classic rock (whenever i'm with my mom or at any parties with my parents' friends)
