I learned that things go a lot smoother when you sit your mom down and give her a good talking too.

Explain your position, that its just normal mind numming entertainment, and you wouldn't consider it a green light to do drugs, nor would you consider watching the croc hunter a go ahead to wrestle crocs.

Yeah. I talk to my mom about alot of stuff. She is parenting me by George's philosophy, which makes most sense to me. I just wish my dad was more like that. Hes a dictator, even about little things that dont matter, the worst is that he makes me eat. It sucks. ... meh

i also think its very interesting that this is even an issue for you guys. i live in europe and dont know anyone who would even think about not to let kids watch that show.

well i know all that but my mom is a elementery school teacher so she says that the childrens these days need disciplin and that 20 years ago the childrens were better students ... Well i would like to talk to her but she says that she's knows what is good for me ... My dad does'nt care cuz the show is in english and i does not understand a damn word of english, he only speaks french! It's my parents and i love them but i can hope things may change in my house . Not only about a tv show but about the atmosphere .


I understand totally what George said about drugs though, they are attractive because they are illegal .
