Childrens Book Illustration : Sun, the mooon.. life and stars!

This is a picture i did the night before last, i felt like doing something a bit random with colour and this is what happened, my mum pointed out it'd be a great piece of illustration for a childrens book. My new course teachers illustration.. i might have to have a little look into it now! Woah! Drawing for kiddies books would be brilliant fun.
Hope you all like it, i am actually rather chuffed with the finished product and i was a bit worried about something so different.. but hey ho.. i hope you like it!

this is beautiful i would love to read a colorful book with pictures like this to my kids!

 

I love that picture! I could definately see it in a children's book! I looked at your art you have on that site, I like how colorful your drawings are! They're very nice.

 

aww cheers very much! i'm going to get some larger posters made up of that one in particular because people have been asking for them -brims with happiness- i am so proud!
