cloudy peeeeeeee

My pee is cloudy. not every time, but consistently. I drink fuckloads of water, like up to 3 liters a day, so i would think it wouldnt be, and it isnt when i pee after drinking a lot of water, its clear obviously. but what causes pee to be cloudy? its not like so bad you cant see through it, just seems a tad bit on the cloudy side. hmph.

 

drink coffee?

anything you eat or drink a lot thats got a particular that might be metabilised strangely?

 

umm i dont really like straight coffee, but i am becoming obsessd with those I.C. mocha drinks from panera bread. Like those frozen sugar filled drinks you get at starbucks and such. So i have been drinking a good bit of Frapuccinos...trying to stop though.

 

Try adding some fresh lemon juice to your water and maybe taking some Cranberry juice also.

 

and make sure it is 100% pure cranberry juice, not a cranberry "cocktail" or from concentrate.

 

if you drink caffienated drinks a lot your pee can turn dark or cloudy and more smelly than usual, unles you drink enough water. even then, the metabolites of caffiene are very prominent in pee

is there any corelation at all with your cloudy pee and coffee-drink habits?

 

Havent paid that much attention, i will hafto keep an eye on it
