I posted this in the gardening section too, but I think there is so much great info at www.pathtofreedom.com that I thought I would post the link here. You can use this info whether or not you live in the city or the country. Me, I live in the country in Minnesota, which is a whole lot different than urban California, but there are still things at this site I can use. Check it out.
