whats your favorite george harrison solo material?

I'm partial to 'out of the blue', "I remember jeep'', 'thanks for the pepperoni' and 'my sweet lord'.

His material with the traveling wilburys is great too

What about everyone else?

 

I've got a few of his early albums and Brainwashed... cant say I really like any of them except for All Things Must Pass and parts of Brainwashed.. I've got an acoustic demo version of "If Not For You", thats my favorite song of his.

I've never heard anything by the Traveling Wilburys

 

I love all of his solo works... But Probably "Dark Horse" the best

 

What you've never heard anything by the Traveling Wilburys!! You must now! Their like the biggiest supergroup ever! C'mon, besides George you got, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Jeff Lyne, and Roy Orbison(sp)


But yea the "All Things Must Pass" album is fantastic...............

 

I like "My sweet lord" and "All things must pass" (the songs). I haven't heard a whole ton of George's solo work.

 

i havnt heard much, just "all things must pass" , and I think it's a great album. I really would like to hear more.

 

I have All Things Must Pass on vinyl, but no record player, so it just sits and collects dust. It makes me sad...but out of George's solo songs...I absolutely love "Give Me Love (Give Me Peace on Earth)," "My Sweet Lord," "What Is Life," "If Not For You," and "Dark Horse." I love his voice on "Dark Horse." It's just so...gravelly...lol.

 

George Harrison is my favorite person.. I love anything from him.. "My Sweet Lord" is my top fav because it is the perfect song.. It always makes me cry.. More favs are "I'd Have You Anytime", "Run of the Mill", "I Remember Jeep", "All Things Must Pass", "Just For Today", "This is Love", "Pisces Fish", "Marwa Blues", "Never Get Over You", "Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea", "Brainwashed"... My all time favorite George song is "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" though.. Along with "Blue Jay Way", "Within You Without You" and "Love You Too"... =)

I know thats not one time.. I just thought I'd put some fav songs down since I love everything from George... =P
