I'm not in search of a grow guide but I was just wondering, during the vegitation period, does it help to leave the light on 24 hours a day or is 16 hours good enough. Also I heard if you interupt the dark period with one hour of light it helps the plant? Does anyone else do that?

The plants don't ever need more than 16 hours of light.

    Plants need some dark.

    They absorb oxygen at night.
