Butterfly skirt...

    well after 2 days and many bad bad words...i made this skirt...i really like it too...its very springy indeed...
    the yellow fabric has lil butterflies n flowers on it that you totally cant see in the pic..
    those appliques can kiss my bum too...i butchered a hole in the fabric makin one of them...grrrrrrrrr

    that's beautiful


    years ago I owned a headshop in which your wares most certainly would have sold

    ye might find an outlet for your creations and make some legal bread whilst having a good time to boot ;-)

    thank ya ladies...i am quite fond of it tho it super pissed me off...
    it was like...sew a lil...change a diaper...sew a lil more...yell at the kids...fuck up the skirt....rip it up....make the kids food....sew a lil more...yada yada yada...ha

    That is beautiful.

    Look at it this way. It's even more of an accomplishment because you did it while you were taking care of your kids. I have sewn since I had my kids... it's way more work than sewing before I had them.

    And it came out SO nice!

    aaw thank ya..yeah i had to give it up for a while after the last one was born..now he is to the stage where he can run around n play with the others while i sew a lil...thanks goodness..

    awwwwwww im in love with it!!!!!!!!! It's beautiful!! I agree with the above poster- it's inspirational. I wish i wasn't sliced open and high on morphine so i could make 10 skirts right now!!!!
