I ve checked a few sites but still cant get the right answer, help please.

Im on serious budget due to finances related to repair my car here so here goes.

What is price for train from airport to central station??
Would a shuttle be cheaper? Need cheapest route.

Can I catch a shuttle that will drop me by The flying Pig, somewhere close.
    Will walk from there.

    Thanks.

5 days for me, thank god. Ive obstained from smoke for about 3 weeks now, had to get tested then deceided to stay clean till trip.
Funny thing, my manager told me,
"Make sure you take the test before you smoke pot on your vacation"

Looking forward to meeting at de kuil and queens day.
    peace

a one way ticket to central station is € 3,40.. thats the cheapest route.. otherwise you have to take a bus..

If you're staying at the Downtown Hostel you can walk from cental station.. If you're staying at the Palace Hostel you can take tram 1,2 or 5 to leidse plein.. It's on the website.. I think if you don't have a 'strippenkaart' you will have to pay 2 or 3 euro's for a one way ticket.

The train from the airport to Central Station is only a few €
and is the cheapest way, most convenient and easiest.
At the airport you will find the ticket office with ease then
you catch the elevator downstairs to the platform. The
trains run roughly every 20 mins and the journey takes
about the same time. Everywhere is easy to walk from
central station or the tram stops are right infront of you.
    Have a good one.

Yeh, the airport/tickets/train station is all under
one roof so you can't go wrong. It really is a piece of
cake now you know what to do.

Another bit of advice that'd help save some Euro is to stop by Central CS and pick up 2.5 grams of your choice for a meager E12.5

If you've been "clean" for 3 weeks already then whatever you get is gonna blast you into Nirvana. I've heard recommendations for XXX and

How come such cheap prices? They buy a lot of gear and they sell alot of gear.

in all of my amsterdamming....i've never taken the train from schipcol to central station.....always took a taxi with a group of people.

what is the luggage situation like on the train? Would it be a major hassle for 4 of us to do the train thing? taxi is about 40 euro plus tip....

    thanks

    the train rocks

there are luggage spots located between the chairs. (you'll see what i mean). lotsa room.

one thing to know. you got to hit a button for the doors to open whether you're inside or outside. other wise you gonna be standing there for a bit.

Here's some cheap eats: Falafel at Maoz. see www.maoz.nl or fried chicken at FEBO see:www.febo.nl ...if you're adventurous try the automat windows there.

The Albert Heijn market behind the Royal Palace at Dam Square has a hot food deli in it's entrance foyer.

Sorry, but I'm a Febo fan, wish they had them in the UK,
although I probably don't want to know what goes in them,
but when your half drunk and stoned it's so delicious and
convenient, plenty of chips and mayo too, can't beat it.
