"Sometimes, politics gets in the way of doing the people's business," Bush said in a speech to the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America convention in Washington. "Take John Bolton, the good man I nominated to represent our country at the U.N. "John's distinguished career and service to our nation demonstrates that he is the right man at the right time for this important assignment," Bush said. "I urge the Senate to put aside politics and confirm John Bolton to the U.N." http://www.cnn.com/2005/POLITICS/04/21/senate.bolton/index.html No politics sounds very reminiscent of communist USSR and every totalitarian government that has ever existed. There's obviously a reason that Bolton isn't the man for the job, and if he was, there wouldn't be any delays in accepting this liar. It's too bad more people don't even notice the "no politics" statement and put two-and-two together.. how much longer 'til the sheep realize that Bush (& the administration) would like to do away with democracy and rule the people with an iron fist?
