right before you fall asleep, it feels as if youre falling suddenly? for me i usually jerk awake and i remember kinda falling from a stair outside or something (not same everytime)
It's weird. It is kind of a fun neat feeling, but it always jerks me back wide awake right when I was about to fall asleep which is annoying.
i think that happens to everyone. it happens to me all the time. it's gotta be normal since just about everyone i know has experienced it as well (even my mom). it always freaks me out though and kinda ruins my sleep.
