I just spent 5 minutes looking at your post, reading it backwards, squinting my eyes, reading every 2nd letter, then 3rd, then 4th, so on, reading the first letters of every word, and a bunch of other stuff trying to find a subliminal message somewhere in there...... there was none.....:( im so parinoid!

    If you think sublimanal messages
    are anything
    more than bullshit

    you're a jack ass.
On many commercials they try to
use subliminal messages, but you can't even see them if you're shown
    right where they are.

Go ask a your mom if she thinks they are real.
On the way to her house get her a snake named
    David.

product placement in movies and films. we take it for granted. they're not props, they're ads, on the fringe of consciousness if not subliminal, and corporations pay ridiculous amount of money.

what frightens me is not subliminals so much as the messages we recieve that we should be aware of consciously, but that we have been conditioned to ignore. we have so willingly handed over the keys to our consciousness. what is even worse is when such manipulation is directed at children, too young to intellectually defend themselves. i'm not talking about advertising during kid's television programming (although that in itself is pretty nasty, as is much of the programming which is often little more than thinly veiled advertising itself), i'm talking about when such messages like advertising and political or religious dogma masquerades in schools as legitimate curricula. it's even more vile than pizza hut and burger king replacing school lunches.
