I have found that Enya or other smooth music can calm my soul and help keep my mind off of stuff. Beethoven, Bach, Chopin also work well.
I usually take a warm bath with a few candles lit, the lights out, and Marley real low on the radio. It really makes me feel better when I'm done.
Depends on the type of stress involved, a long hard day at work/school, a glass of wine, a hot meal and good Tv/book would be good. where as frustration would warrent maybe some exercise or a screaming session and general anxiety sex or a cone would be good... just my thoughts

what i do for stress relief is shake the shit out of something... I have this doll with this long neck that when you pick it up and squeeze and shake the shit out of it, it makes this hilarious noise and then I dont feel so stressed out anymore..sometimes i take it and stomp on it too..

Heheh, I actually use the breathing exercises that I learned in my Lamaze classes. I close my eyes, then inhale deeply through my nose, slowly exhale through my mouth. I do this repeatedly, focusing only on my breathing until I start to feel more calm. I also use visualization in conjunction to that, thinking of a place that brings me peace, such as being in the woods, smelling the earth around me, hearing the birds in the trees, the sound of a brook. It really helps with relaxing me and also aiding to help me fall asleep at night if I feel wired up. Peace, rest, and relaxation vibes...
