has anyone ever seen these? i heard they're really disturbing. how were so many deaths caught on camera like that and how did the faces of death peope get their hands on them? sick shit...
its something ill never watch. From what i heard from my cousin, these couple of guys wanted to do a documentary about death, which i think the first faces of death is. and then somehow it turned into, that. crazy stuff. im sure theres articles online hwere you can find that type of information.
i had a couple of "Strange" friends who showed me this piece of "work" Its a bunch of clips, from various sources, some videos are taken from surveleince and security cameras, some are banned news clips, some are homemade suicide videos, and just psychos videotaping their killings Its just so fucking sick and twisted, that i kicked the fucking TV in, its amazing the twisted shit people actually watch
i've seen a few and the majority of it is fake. but i've seen a few of the newer ones (it could have been some other shock video like faces of death... i dont remember) and they used live news footage. on it they show how the middle east dealt with stealing, there's a beheading and feeding to the vultures ritual, the remains of a car bombing, assassinations, and a bunch of other gross/depressing things. the newer ones im not sure are real or not but the older ones seem ridiculously fake. now if the newer ones were real and people were filming deaths, wouldnt that be considered snuff or do you have to toss in some sex (most likely rape) in it for it to fall under snuff?
some of it is staged, some of it is real. The real footage is taken from archives from what I've read.
I've seen them all...been vegetarian ever since. They do have a high gross out factor but they are also very interesting. I saw them as a teenager, but haven't seen them in any video stores in a while.
I saw one of the videos, I think one of the first series... and it was very disturbing to me. I couldnt watch the last half. They showed an execution by the means of the electric chair (without the hood on the criminal). What happens is, there is so much electricity running through the person, that the fluid in the eyes boil, and the eyes pop out (thats why they have to tape them down). They also showed people jumping out of windows, and a guy getting his arm mauled off by a bear, amoung other things.
I picked up a snuff film like Faces of Death called: Des Morts I thought it was a cheezy horror flick... no pics on the back should have tipped me off. but most of it is fake, some of it is different cultures burial/mourning rituals and mortuary procedures. Actually a facinating film, but not something I care to watch over and over.
i've seen practically every faces of death movie ever made (there are 5) and most of it is fake which makes u wonder, "why the hell do ppl make stupid shit like this?" but the only cool thing about these vids is that SOME of them are actually real. Oh yea, i thought it was funny as hell when those 4 ppl smashed a monkey's head and ate all of its brains out. It seemed to retarded to me at the time. Smoke Up!!

I have and will never watch any of those, regardless if some is fake or real. Not my cup of tea to watch real people getting killed and what not.. I will stick with my fake cheesy horror movies..
my ex used to eat a whole bunch of blotter and watch that shit. ewwwwwwww...... one of the reasons he's now an ex.
