I thought Pisces were nice???

hi everyone,
my question is simple. there is this woman i know (cant say who she is, but is a pisces) and she is so mean and cold hearted. i dont get it. i thought pisces were all compassionate, or all the ones i have meet. she is a sun pisces, sagittroius moon, aqurious mercury, aries venus, capricorn mars, gemini rising.
she is so money hungry and mean. how can i get her to be kinder???

haha thats funny. yea he has a point you can't always follow the zodiac because it categorizes people with similar personalities, which sounds kind of like stereotyping. not everyone is going to act like a particular group of people they are similar to.

but just for your information there are like three different kinds of pisces. pisces is a water sign so its always changing since water changes its form depending on its environment. the only boyfriend i ever had that really hurt me was a pisces...but my mother is a pisces as well and she is always very sweet and considerate to everyone.
but in any case maybe its just cuz she doesn't like you, cuz anyone can act mean ya know...

 

you know some people are opposite to their star signs, she sounds like she is by being mean and money orientated when normally pisces are sweet, kind and unmaterialistic. I'm a virgo who's quite messy and chaotic, and always nice to people when apparantly we are meant to be tidy, ordally with a critical tongue towards others.

 

i really hate the word negro, but jim w has a good point, and pisces are still humans, i doubt theres much you can do to change her, so dont try. as a pisces, i say this, though jim w sums it up well.....

You sould probably appeal to her intellectualism or metaphysical experiences. Her Sun/10th - work, Mercury/Auqarius/9th - intellectual debater, loves to always win, be right. Mars/Capricorn/8th - possibly repressed anger, ambitious, Moon/Sag/7th - careless, overconfident, opinionated, tactless.

She is probably sexually repressed. She may like getting into Tantra if she can find a suitable mate.

If you follow the stupid newspaper/magazine shit, yes, you are right.

If you look at it in depth, with birth date, birth time and place of birth, you'll find its right on in a lot of respects. There is a lot that goes into true astrology, almost a limitless amount of varities.

 

I'm a Pisces and I like to think I'm a nice person hehe!
No one's the same, people's personalities can't be put into boxes of each sign, otherwise every Pisces would be freakishly similar! All I can say is that this woman doesn't sound like a nice person and maybe she's got some kind of pent up anger from childhood or something lol! Get her to be kinder? You can't do that, some people are just mean and thats part of their personality. You could always tell her to stop being so rude to you and see what she says, she might not even realise she's hurting others!

 

I'm not into astrology, but my best friend is really big on it, and she explained some things to me. Like there is more to astrology than just the sun sign. There are a lot of things that go into astrology, for those who look deep into it. And it's not as generic as people want to believe.

I still don't believe in it, but it's not as simple as it sounds.

I think it's interesting when you read about your sign and there are similarites but on the other hand some things aren't like you at all. Environment has a big part to play as well. For instance. My grandmother, one brother, father and one uncle are all pisces. A typical pisces (if you believe what you read) is supposed to be calm, emotional, empathetic. This rellies of mine are not My other brother is a cancer is not at all the nuturer type or sensitive.

Like i said, environment, influence play a part.
At the end of the day, we are all different even if we are the same star sign. Thank god, no two people are alike.

I know mate There's your rising sign, what happens when mars is in your sign or venus. How about, in the southern hemisphere where i am, i'm a winter sign. In the northern hemisphere i am summer and astrologically i am spring.
I don't know today i kinda feel like an autumn ;-)

 

what's the name of that book that details the negative aspects of all the signs? something like "born on a rotten day" or something like that. i think it's pretty funny, and often more realistic than the more fluffy versions of what astrology books tell us. let's face it, everyone is a jerk under the proper circumstances.

 

And the brainiest and the most gererous.............

People tend to believe the good aspects and ignore the bad, just like our stars in the paper. If they say we're going to be lucky and win money we think "ooohh i'm so excited" If it says something bad is going to befall us then we think "that'll never happen"

 

they are nice... unless you piss them off... then it's on!

i love pisces-people, though... creative, dreamy, romantic...
