    from an e-mail...
I can't say much about Miles, but he HAS to be better than the dorks we have!
Anyway, its cheap tunes on a Colorado Sunday... whoo hooo!

    Great news!

We're kicking off a summer of fund-raising Roots Music Concerts for Mike with a killer bluegrass band on Sunday afternoon, June 20th, in Civic Center Park in Denver. If you liked the "Oh Brother, Where Art Thou" soundtrack, you will LOVE this band! It's the best bluegrass band in the state. So mark your calendar. Dads, bring your families and celebrate your Father's Day with us! -- Sunday afternoon, June 20th at 2 PM in Denver's Civic Center Park.

Mike will be celebrating with us too. He'll deliver a pep talk as only he can! The Raging Grannies (a group of senior citizen females) will sing some funny and political little diddies. And The House Band would bring the house down if there were one in the park! They kick it up.

Would you forward this to folks you know? We're hoping all of you front-range Miles supporters can come to the concert, bring your families, and bring friends too! It'll be fun. The ultimate picnic! Mike'll be there. We're hoping you Western Slope folks can make it over the hill to join us too! It's a statewide event.

There's no admission fee. We'll pass Mike's hat. (Our goal is for campaign donations to average $10 each.)

You can get your own copy of the flyer at www.mikemiles4senate.com. The flyer is entitled Bluegrass Roots June 20th and is under the Print a Campaign Flyer tab (bottom of the homepage).

    1) Put up at least two flyers (post office-type bulletin boards, grocery stores, banks, - you name it - you're the publicity)
    2) Tell your friends about it; and
    3) Bring a couple of them with you to enjoy it!
