we have lots of baby cockroaches and big ones too! and my cat has fleas! and there are spiders everywhere!! my house is scary!!! every hair that moves on my arm i jump and check its not a roach im paranoid

I understand what do you feel. Make big chemistry cleaning in your house. It's horrible to live with insects. I don't hate them but afraid of them. Good luck!
get ur cat a flee collar adn spray roach repellant or get and exterminator..i dont no very much on this topic.
