how do i upload any photos there all to big

    how do i upload photos because wen i try ity it says there to big i mean the smallest ones 450kb and thats not nig at all how can a picture be smaller than 150kb wen you scan it in it would have to be pasport size and i no not all the pics ive seen are that size could someone please help me soon im online now
    also i tried puting it in a zip file but it only reduced it by a few kb and its a jpeg could someone please help

    usually i just use paint and stretch skew them to 30 x 30 it always works for me
