Well first and foremost, Fuck Utah!!! A while back me and my friends got busted passing through Utah, bullshit everywhich way so I'll spare you the bitching. I'd just like to inform you fine folks of a little thing in Utah in case your ever passing through. If you have any, ANY, THC in your system, regardless of if you're high or stone cold sober when they stop you, and are driving, you can get DUI equivelant charges. It's called a DUI-M (Driving Under the Influence Metabolite or something like that). Yeah... I know... bullshit, huh? At least I got into a nice long ethical debate with the officer after he handed us the fines. But that was just to get myself off Luckily the cop didn't give me that and he didn't charge us for the bounty of paraphanalia we had. However he did give us over a grand worth of fines for 3 beers and about a bowl's worth of herb. Utah has some serious zero tolerance policies. I'm currently trying to fight it (with a ton of help from my wonderful father who has a degree in law enforcement) to get my friends off (they got the same charges I did even though it was my beer and my bud) and to keep my licence. Wish us luck on that front. So if you're ever in Utah, make sure you've already smoked all your bud, drank all your swill (you can get fines if you didn't buy it in Utah, despite your age, and I hear that you can only get near-beer in Utah) and if you haven't, shove it up your ass, swallow it, whatever you need to. Hope this is of some use to someone.
FUCK YOU JOHN WALTERS! Yeah man that's total bullshit. And the law counts for any drug metabolite, not just THC. Do they really expect us to belive this it's meant to keep the roads safe? BTW 11 states have enacted this law:Minnesota, Georgia, Arizona, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Rhode Island and Utah.
gashawashawho wha wha??? Minnesota is on that list? Damn..... and I was proud of Minnesota's laws once. Thanks for the heads up on the list man.
