When I was a freshman in high school and my neighbor was a junior, he would kind of come at me with his dick at the bus stop, often ending up with me in the fetal position with him squatting over me until my other neighbor came out to stop him. This only happened when he smoked weed before he came to school. >.< He also would sit next to random girls on the bus with his dick hanging out to see how long it would take them to notice. Yeah.. not too great of an experience with that one.
ugh, no thank you. Apparently a group of university boys were dancing with their pants and underwear around their ankles a few weeks ago while my mother was at the bar. Yes, it was the bar for older people (not old, just... more like 25-45ish than 19-25ish). I don't think girls flashing is particularly attactive either though. Maybe if I had flirted with the guy a bunch and dared him to flash me, that's pretty much the only situation where it would be attractive.
