I am addicted to these now! Is there anything the chickpea can't do? Basically to make these: **all ingrediants and amounts are to taste** Take some chickpeas chop up some green onion, scallions, chives or celery put them in a bowl that is large enough to mash them in add a spoonfull of vegenaise dash of salt 2 tsp of nutritional yeast 1 tsp of horseradish Mash with fork until smooth (ish) Use as sandwhich filling. Really good with some pickles, lettuce and mustard on toasted whole grain bread.
Oooooh! I've eaten a dozen of these now! It tastes like tuna salad without the fishiness! I just mince some onion and celery and throw in a spoonful of dijon mustard and a scoop of veganaise and mash it all up. Slap a scoopa that biatch on a piece of seven grain bread with some tomato. YUMMY! I take a sack when we go sailing and usually end up demolishing them before we even get out of the harbor! Thanks Wonderflosity!
