Ever change your name legally? Ever think of doing it (again) ? What would inspire you to do it ? I'm thinking about it for myself.
id like to do it for fun, but i dont see it happening maybe if i were to get married. i dont mean take her name, but to have us both choose a common name.
oh nothing really, i keep a journal and think i might publish it one day and i like to write so if i ever end up writing a novel or such, id use another name
I've thought about it I'd ever change my name legally. If I became a published writer, maybe I'd change my name to something "hip."
i knew a guy whos name in middle school was Jack Hoffer, no joke, he swore to the bible that he would legally change his name wen he was 18 lol i would keep that name its a cool name
I've always thought about changing my first name. Jessica is pretty lacking I think. If I did legally change it, I'd change it to Sunnie. But changing your name is a lot of work. I have an aunt that changed her name years and years and years ago from Lauren to Laurel. And lots of people in the family still call her, her old name. I think that's a neat idea to choose a whole new different last name together when you marry someone.
i changed mine when i got married. i liked the flow of the new name better than the old name, and in things like marriage and symbols of devotion, i'm terribly old fashioned. besides, my old last name was always clunky sounding.
yeah, auctally i will as soon as im 18, I was named a named i dislike so much i wanted to change it since i was 4, when i was 4 i had everyone call me a different name and decided on Willow 5 years ago, and people have called me Willow Since, so ill Leagally change it to Willow Kaliedescope Freedom Love when im 18... maybe ill put Rainbow in there too....i have about 4 years to totally decide soo ya...
I would like to change my name to "Anna" or really, just about anything since I hate the name "Christine". But I will probably never do it.
If I ever do get married (which is doubtful) I am not going to keep my last name. I really like it, and so I am keeping it.
I was just talking to some friends about this the other day. My first name means "Christian" and well...I'm not. So I've never like it. A Hindu friend of mine gave me an Indian name that I like. No one calls me that but him though. I was thinking of adding it on as a second middle name. And if I get married I may add my last name as another middle name because my last name is groovy. So...all in all...if I decided to take on that Indian name and I get married I will end up with 3 middle names. lol! It would take a hell of a long time to sign my name! lol!
