I am looking for friendships/penpals that sort of thing. I am from the UK, but I now live in Portugal. Just wondered whether there was anyone out there interested in emailing or even snail mailing?
You don't have to be from the UK, I would like to get to know anyone from anywhere!

why not tell us a little bit about yourself here? you may get more replies if the peeps over here actually know who they're being a penpal to.

    peace and love

I was hoping to get some random replies! I am in my 30s, married with 2 children. I am a yoga teacher. I have also added a picture (which I need to make a bit smaller as it seems to take over!)

    Hi Claire
Thanks for the comments (not sure whether or not it is good to look like Marianne Faithfull!)
Portugal is great. It is lovely and warm and very chilled out. Its a great place to live and a great place to work - if your job is yoga! Are you in the UK?

    Hi Sam
Sounds like you have a great job or two too! I don't really know what to say about myself. I think I have summed it up! There's not much more to my life than that really! Ask me a question - anything!!

PS Is it raining in Manchester?

Portugal is great. The weather is fab, the lifestyle is chilled, the people are friendly. I moved here for many reasons, a whole better way of life.
Of course I want a good future for my kids too. I have a boy, 3, called Alex and a girl, 1, called Elise.

I'd say it was a condition - one that you can conquer though.

Hi! haven't popped in much recently, yes work can be interesting, right now i am writing quotes and negotiating about jobs, which will themselves be interesting. This is the boring bit, and i'm skint at the mo. I do yoga and medetate just to keep sane and positive down here in babylon. Actually it's manchester, the weather would be better in babylon. Yes it is raining, still/again.
I do salutes to the sun (cloud) every day and throw a few extra asanas in for an extra stretch. Can you recomend any specific asanas to increase vitality and positivity?
& Yes, claire, it seems that the weather's better half an hour in any direction from manc!

Why not come on over to the yoga/meditation forum and see what's going on there? Most yoga asanas will help with vitality and positivity. The sun salutation should get your day going to a great start. I'll try and find a few with diagrams etc. on the net as I find it hard to describe them otherwise!
