Not sure where this should go, but I just had a Kundalini Awakening

    The single most amazing experience of my life. I say that a lot actually, and I mean it every time. And this time I mean it again.


    I was reading random things about the Kundalini and I read something about Awakening through the Heart Chakra. I'm fairly experienced with meditation in general so I thought I'd try, and wow.


    When you're ready, look into it.


    (p.s. thanks for moving this here, didn't know this forum existed, and since it does, if I sound inexperienced it's cuz I don't know much about Kundalini at all other than the basics, well, also what it feels like now)

    ah, how is an awakened kundalini?

    i'm sorry, but i have trouble concieving of it, as i haven't experienced it first-hand.
    could you be so kind as to elucidate the experiences you associate with your kundalini awakening??
