Relieved

Doesnt it make you feel relieved when you talk to a non-pot smoker, but they still share they same views on pot as you...... like the other day this lady i work with.. shes older... a baby boomer.. and well she was telling me about how this guy around where i live was busted for having like 38 plants or so.... and she was telling me how he wasnt causing any harm.... that he just grew it to smoke by himself and his son.. and well i pointed out the obvious that he wasnt smoking it by himself.... but still.. wasnt doing no harm by growing a bunch of plants... and now hes getting 18years.... and i started preaching about how stupid it was to put him away for that long for a harmless crime.... and she totally agreed with me.. it brings me great relief when i know theres non-smokers out there that still believe whats goin on in the "drug war" is wrong.... anyone else feel this way?

 

18 years, merde! yeah i feel the same, but i used to be a non-smoker and i always supported the legislation of weed, and went to the protests with my stoner friends. the thing that gets me the most is people who need to use weed (because nothing else will work) for medical reasons and are then turned into criminals. i smoke weed and i go to uni, i get good marks, i go out with friends,i eat healthy, but i'm a criminal because i consume a plant. compris?

i'm also relieved when people who don't toke agree with me on the way i see the world, or things that you think are 'just me being stoned'. then you think, 'oh, its not making me go loopy afterall - cool!'

 

18 years is fucking ridiculous...but yet a rapist would get 6 months to a year..the world is crazy my friend..

 

yea it is crazy.... just think on average.... we convict marijuana smokers to five times as much jail time as those who get charged with manslaughter

 

yeah, i find the court system ridiculously unjust..
Its funny how drug related crime is taken at times as more serious then murder, rape, molestation and such...
just shows how fucked the legal and court systems are..
Id rather be caught stealing something than growing bud cause id get less time with the stealing then the growing of little herbies

i was gonna answer my own question with that answer but i figured i'd leave it out and let someone else say it

 

yea 18 is alot i think growing up here is like 11 years or something. but were on a new kick up here. leave the stoner kids alone and go after growers. so possestions charges have gone down and grow and trafficing ones have gone up

 

I also feel relieved when I talk to non-smokers that share the same views as I do. In fact, I like to hear it more, because as much as people protest and rally together, it's the word of the people, not a couple hundred stoners that the govt. will listen to (if they ever listen)

18 years is ridiculous. I can't stand the fact that I had solid medical proof that I was raped and that guy walks free while a guy that grew some plants is going to rot in jail.

c'mon it's true! Guys compare their pot status just like they compare dick size! You can't say most dudes don't do that...

yeah, people like that piss me off too. Not piss me off, but grate on my nerves.

I only need a few hits. half a normal size bowl to be exact. I CAn smoke as much that is put in fromt of me, but it's a waste. People who like to brag about their weed or their tolerance make me shake my head in disappointment. It's those idiotic stoners that give the rest of us a bad name

 

I love hearing things like this. I've never actually had this experience but i do always hear "oh only the potheads want it legalized" which i think is complete shit, especially after reading something like this.
