ok... I have been trying to figure out how I would make one of these and I can't find a pattern or anything. I tried to look around here too and I may have missed something so sorry if I started one of those not needed threads! :& But if anyone could help me out as to where to find a pattern or how to do it that would be GRAND! Thanks a bunch!
well im not sure if this is how its normally done. but this is what i did. I measured my boobs and then measured that amount onto the fabric, you might have excess fabric left over( i had two inches) so what i did is got a big ruler and found the middle of the pillowcase(the long way) and chalked a line. Then for the 2 inches of extra fabric, i just drew a line an inch on each side of the middle line. So there were 3 lines all together. i cut that chunk out of it and hemmed up the cut part so it looked purty. Then i oh wait... forgot. youd want to find out how long you want it. and chop the top(the opening should be at the bottom) and then hem that up too so it looks nice. Ok i hope your not confused. Well mine was a tube top so i had elastic on the top and bottom part of the bodice so it scrunches up the fabric and holds my boobs in there.. and also support is an issure so i made a lil shelf to hold em in place. You just need to fold it a certain wait so theres about an inch of folded fabric on the inside of the fabric. and sew it up. Ok this might be too confusing but im hopin someone else can explain it better... Also.. try getting a pillowcase that isnt see through.
