I knit and crochet.. But the only things i can make are scarfs and hats .... I cant follow the direstions to make anything else
I knit and crochet... althought I am much better at knitting as I always forget to count when crocheting. I started making scarves and toques, but I get bored easily, so I make different things now. For example, I crocheted myself a green bikini last month. I tend not to use patterns, as I have that above mentioned thing with counting... but I find if you have an idea of where you want to go, the trial and error method always works. Or, you can look at a pattern to get a vague idea and then run with it.
I started out knitting... slippers but I learned how to crochet and I totally love to do that a lot more. But I amable to knit and crochet just about anything. LOL
I knit and I make all sorts of stuff. I am such an addict, LOL. I've made clothes for the kids, little balls, shawls, socks, hats, kerchiefs, hair tubes, tams, skull caps, legwarmers, arm warmers, etc. As a joke I'm going to make hubby a Willie Warmer. heeheehee Later this summer I'm going to start a coat for myself. That is, if I ever get the time to make MYSELF something.
i knit and crochet...don't usually use patterns though, because i find them difficult to understand. i make hats, funky shirts, fingerless mittens, arm warmers, sweaters.....i never truly know what i will end up with when i start to knit. lol. one this is for sure....it's always an original (unless i'm making something for someone and they have specified that they want a duplicate of something i have allready made).
