Dreaming is one of my favorite things to do! It stinks when you can't remember them. I have to remember to write in my dream journual again. I find when I go to bed real late I never, ever remember my dreams. So as of late, I haven't been remembering much. I usually have the most lovely dreams and want to try lucid dreaming which will lead to dream control. But first I have to get to bed earlier (before 1, haha)
Some people are naturally evening people and some morning people. I think they term them 'Owls and Larks'. I myself an a night owl, I can stay up at all hours and not feel tired. This doesn't do much good when you need to get up early. I suggest lavender. You can get herbal lavender sprays and the like. I have it in a little smelly bag in little capsules. Lavender is a natural remedy, and is a great help with sleep and relaxation.
