    ingredients

    dried chick pes
    dried soy beans
    dried mung beans
    oats
    egg
    oil
    cayenne pepper
    coriander (fresh or dried)
    cumin (dried)
    salt and pepper
    tamarind
    brown flour (for dusting)

soak all the beans overnight in twice their volume of water. when ready to use, drain them and boil for about ten mins. drain, add a drop of water and mash. add oats to get a consistancy you can mould into burger shapes. add the egg to bind ingredients, and oil of needed (use more oil if you don't eat eggs). add seasoning, mould into burger shapes, dust the outside with brown flour and fry on both sides till brownish.

any spare mixture can be kept in the fridge for a day or two i guess, probably longer if you haven't used egg. reheat them in the same way, but instead of flour it tastes good if you spread tamarind on each side before frying.

These burgers are really good! Yummy :) Eating them now
You have to put in quite much spices though cause the beans make it less spicy I've noticed.
