sorry i posted this is womens issues as well, but i need help fast ok i used lube today for the first time... big mistake, i could tell as soon as it rubbed on me that it was bad, it burned a little. well, right after i went to pee i noticed my inner labia was SWOLLEN actually the outer was too. just now i checked and the outer is normal and so is part of my inner labia, but the other inner labia is very swolen still, its like sticking out, it also has little white marks like blisters on it. i am 99 percent sure this is from the lube that was rubbed on it combined with a lot of rubbing in general, i have no money for a doc if this is somethign that wil go away by morning, so i wanted to know, anyone else ever had this problem with being swollen down there? any advice on what to do? o took a bath and cleaned down there then put zinc on it to help with the burning feeling. please help im really scared.
Wash it with warm water and the mildest soap you have (don't splash it into your vagina, surface only... scent free soap for mild skin). I think that should help. I tried a lube a little while ago that burned mildly... more like discomfort than screamingly bad pain, but it didn't leave any marks on my labia and didn't make them swollen either. If it isn't gone within a day or two, I would go see a doc... if nothing else, ask your parents to pay for one visit to the gyno/doc to make sure everything's ok.
thats happend to me before, usually its when i use spermicide. Ive talked to a nurse... only talked but she said its normal if you are sensitive... i just take an advil to make the swelling go down and it always works... it sucks but staying away from whatever makes it happen would be a good thing.
It sounds like you had an allergic reaction. Try taking a Benadryl. Sounds like you washed it off. Any antihistimine / allergy medicine might help. Hope you feel better! Vetty
thanks, i went to bed and this morning it is not as bad, but still a lil swollen, im gunna try that advil thing to try to get the rest down. at least i can walk today without feeling like i have a penis.
