How did you lose your "weed virginity"?

That is, what were the events that led you to toke up for the first time?


As for me, I was 14 and I had just moved into a new neighborhood. I had met my now-fiancé that night, and he asked me if I smoked weed. I didn't want to seem like a total dumbass, and I was planning on trying it anyway, so I said "hell yeah!!". lol...This led to him packing bowl after bowl (I don't even remember how many) in his brand new chameleon glass pipe, and we just smoked the night away. That was the only time I got truly giddy and stupid, so I guess I really did come off as a dumbass hehe, but that's okay because it led to this seven year relationship I have now. So I can truly say that weed shaped my life into what it is today

mine goes like this: me and a few friends (who had smoked before) were driving around and they picked up some weed. they had a water bong with them and loaded it up. i took a few hits, didn't think i felt anything. kept smoking, got home and just munched out on everything i could find, laughing my ass off the whole time. couldn't stop laughing long enough to light a cig. ha. good times.

 

Ahh yes.. my first time toking it up Well my g/f and i had just broke up and so i was pissed or whatever so i just went and chilled with my friends and they all asked if i wanted to smoke.. i was like what the hell, i might as well try it once. Well they loaded the pipe and after like 3 hits i was stoned. But we continued to smoke 2 or 3 more bowls lol. Then after we finished our session they gave me like $10 and i was supposed to go buy munchies at the convenience(sp.) store and i just grabbed a whole bunch of shit...like chips and zebra cakes and cosmic brownies..but i couldn't seem to get the total near $10 so i had to keep putting stuff back and getting more stuff so i would be halfway close.. i bet i tried for 5 minutes until i finally got it right.

 

well, the first two times i smoked, it was leaf that my friend stole from a plant, so i didn't really get high. the first time i smoked bud, i was 14. i was with my friend on his paper route at like 6 or 7 in the morning. he had stolen enough bud from his dad to roll a nice sized joint. the plan was for the two of us to smoke it on his paper route. he decided he didn't want to cuz we had to go back to his house where his parents were, so i smoked the whole thing. i got FUCKED. i was dancing in the middle of the street, tried to talk to a dog. oh it was great.

 

when I was nine year's old, my older brother's friend who was six five accidentally dropped me on my head, splitting my head open and knocking my front teeth out. On the way to the emergency room my brother and his friends were doing whatever they could to ease the pain - gave some jack daniels and had me smoke some weed. The was how my 'weed' virginity was broken.

 

Mine is not nearly as spontanious as some of these. I was walking back to my room drunk as hell. I ran into a friend as started explaining how hung-over I was going to be. He looked me right in the eyes and said, "That's why I smoke weed. No hangover." I thought nothing of it and stumbled off to bed. The next morning -- hungover like hell -- I started seriously considering it. Then I spent a month looking up all the information I could find on it. Pro and con.

Finally, I decided to try it -- if I could eat it. I hadn't ever smoked anything and didn't really want to try. I tell my friend and he promises that next time someone cooked he would save one for me. Two days later (Halloween) he tells me to go walk with him. We step outside and he hands me a brownie... he tells me that I should only eat half because he knew who made them and they were real potent. I remember him using the word potent and wondering what that meant.

He walked off leaving me in the middle of the path holding this brownie. I broke it in half and ate it. Having read so much stuff over the past month, I didn't really know what was going to happen. I remember standing there wondering if I am going to lose my mind. About an hour later, I am in my room laying on my bed... listening to some of the greatest music EVER. It was awesome... I was hearing my whole playtylist again for the first time. It was less than two weeks later when I tried smoking it for the first time.

 

HMM well maybe i just realized why i no longer get hangovers

but anyway, you shud drink water to get rid of hangover. ive never had a hangover (caus i drink water), only a very slight headache that went away after like half an hour, causi drank water when i woke up.

 

but anywya, i had my first cone wheni waspisse doff my faace at my birthday so that doesnt really count

the next time i got stoned, i was drinkning again, and teh atmosphere wasnt grea,t it was at a beach house, we still had fun.

my first plain weed fuck (i consider those other ones as weed-blow jobs, therefor not technically loosing virginity) was at fox studios in sydney. we were watching Jet perform, but we got bored, they get a little repedetive sometimes and some of their songs suck.

so we went and smoked some joints. then went bowling
hehehehehe

since then ive smoked every weekend!

my friend got started off his sister. him and my best friend started toking. then one day (me being 12) they offered to go smoke weed and asked if i wanted too. so i didn;t and two bowls later i was playing mario upside down and bouncig on the bed and tried a flip off.

 

i was 16. i came home from school and my older brother was home. he looked at me then said smoke this.

 

Ok, my friend wasn't saying weed cured hangovers... he was stating the fact that he could smoke it and not feel sick the next day. Arg, this still doesn't sound right.

If you don't drink... then you can smoke and not be hungover the next day. You can get wasted but not sick.

Arg, anyway... it was the best advice I ever took. Moved me off the road to alcoholism and onto the road to stonerville.

 

I get what you're trying to say. His saying that if you get really drunk, you're gonna have a massive hangover. Whereas if you get really stoned you should be fine the next morning.

 

It took forever for me to actually get high the first time. First, I gained a curiosity in it around January of my freshmen year (beginning of 2003), so I sought out someone to possibly get me just a dime. I trust some stoner chick with $10, goes and buys some stuff and goes and smokes it with her boyfriend (who is a real stoner buddy of mine now). Ok, that wasn't too bad, but then I gave another $20 to another stoner chick, she stole it too. So, at this point, I gave up on trying to purchase my own, and just let it come to me.

I had my pipe at school (it got smashed by the parental units around spring break) and I showed it to yet another stoner chick (she was pretty cool). She says that she's got a bowl, and asks me if I wanna smoke with her; and I accept. Another pothead (I mean this kid deals and smokes like none other) joins us and we go on a path and smoke. I have a few hits, but feel nothing; later I found out that she picked up 11 grams for only $20, so that's why I didn't feel anything from 4 or 5 hits; it was super-shwag.

Alright, we fast-forward a month or so and I take the bus home with some friends and we go scouting for ciggies. We eventually wind up at one of their houses and head on over to the stoner chick that I had entrusted the $10 to a while ago. She agrees to smoke us up and brings out her spoon and about two bowls worth of stuff. Well, I only got off 3 hits before her dad came home, so she had to pack it up. This time I was at least buzzed, I felt like I'd been slowed down or summat.

Ok, fast forward to October. Meet up with a very well trusted stoner buddy and ask him if he can get me something; I hand him $10 and get word from him in a day or two that he's got it, so he hands it off to me. I get home later that day and pull out a measly bowls worth; but it is uber chronic and it gets me high as a fucking kite in no time. I smoked all of it and had the most amazing experience ever; words cannot describe how I felt and the free-association that took place.

SUMMARY: 3rd times the charm.

 

I'm lucky enough to have the biggest stoner in Littleton as my brother. So when I was in 8th grade I decided to smoke up with him. He then sort of took me under his wing with smoking and here I am today: a happy and smart toker.

 

I was 12 and was skipping school with some friends and we had gone to her friends house to chill and they were all passing around a joint. When it was passed to me I just went for it since everyone I knew smoked pot and I wanted to know what the fuss was about. So I took a tiny hit and everyone laughed at me since I didnt hold in the smoke and i "smoked it like a cig". Yeah, I felt like an ass.....but I was 12 and was being laughed at by a bunch of older kids for not being cool enough to know how to inhale...so I took another couple of drags which just made me cough since I wasnt used to holding in smoke like that. And I didnt get high. Then when I was 13 my best friend and I were finally "old enough" that her older 17 year old sister would get it for us. So that is how I was introduced to pot.

 

yer but i dont get hangovers even if i drink heaps , caus of water.. or metabolism.. but anyway,

same thign for me. i was becoming such an alcho.. then i started stoning.. ive barely drunk much at all for months. you can do heaps more stuff while ripped than pissed, and still have fun. and its more convenient, consealable, doesnt cause pissing, doesnt cause huge motor-impairment, etc.

can get a bit expensive tho... specially munchies and stuff.. and weed is more expensive here in oz i think.. i might check that.

 

well I was at my best friends house and she went to the bathroom and her 17 year old sister waved me to come to the porch so I did her and her boyfriend were there lighting up swats out of the gravity and asked if i wanted one and i said i dont know.. ill wait till amanda (my best friend) comes.. so amanda walks out right when these two guys showed up.. amandas sister asked if they wanted a swat well the guys said yeah but amanda said not unless kristy (me) does..i sat there for a min. and thought about it i said fuck it and let her sis light me up a swat.. well i didnt get really high after 2 hits and amanda and i and the two guys were inside hanging out ( i felt sort of out of the group since i didnt know the guys and her sister noticed) so her sis waved me in again so i went out to the porch and had 3 more swats..well i was pretty high after that amanda walked out when she noticed how long i had been gone she started laugh i guess cause before that day i was a big anti drug person...heh oh well

 

My first time was with one of my ex-boyfriends in tenth grade. I had been wanting to try weed for awhile but it took a long time for him to find some. So finally we found some and he rolled a joint and I got super high. We saw some movie but of course I don't remember it. Then I ate a tone of food.

 

i was drunk off my ass at a birthday party for one of my friends and we had a bonfire...well...i went looking for my friend trista and found her with a bunch of ppl that i knew smoked pot (cuz i hung out with them all the time, just never tried it) and trista was like, do you want to try and i was like, what the hell cuz i was drunk...so she showed me how to hold the bowl and light it and i took a hit...well she didnt think i got a hit cuz it was almost cashed so she told me to try it again so i did...thirty seconds later i felt like a truck had hit me...i couldnt even sit on the hood of the car, i was sliding right off, which everyone thought was just hilarious...fifteen minutes later i was puking my guts out...which is why i will never smoke when i am really drunk...
