As u guys probably have seen, alot of people claim to have hydro but are usually full of shit. My friend has some bud and he says hes knows its hydro because the stems are hallow. Anybody know if he knows what hes talkign about or not.
he's an idiot... the only way your gonna be able to know if its hydro or not is if you know the person growing it... then he can tell you how he grew it

Around here if they say its dro, its usually not, its just shwag and they wanna rip u off. And Joker Man is right, the only way you can be sure its dro, is if you know the person who grows it, other than that, there is no real way to tell.

hydros just the method it was grown, it isnt a strain of mj. lots of people call any high grade marijuana hydro/dro, i guess its cause the dealers dont know exactly what strain it is.
i think i might have started a thread about this before im not sure might have just been a post, but one of the main reasons for the whole dro/hydro confusion is the Rap music industry. Rappers use the word dro to define good weed because its easier to rhyme something with it then ak-47 or northern lights. Even hydroponically grown weed comes out shitty sometimes...its the technique n effort that make good weed good.
I remember one time when I got something that I was told was hydro. I assumed I was being told the truth because I was young and ignorant. I remember that it looked different from any other weed I had smoked. It almost looked like an extremely tightly wound ball of yarn that was green and red... Do you think this was hydro? If not, has anyone ever had weed that looked like that? I am a little curious to find out what the hell that was... all I know is that it was very good...
man schwag, mids nugg or dro, you can always find a variation in the stems and seeds. Dont base it on what your friend said. The best way to find out is to smoke a bowl and o from there.
Hydro has nothing on Organics, and its used by people that want to grow lots of weed very quickly, regardless of what chemicals and nutrients you throw its way. Theres a much higher possibility of getting problems with hydroponically grown pot, but you can go to the MJ Grow forum if you want to know more. No one there grows hydro, cept for Pist who uses Aeroponics.
