Looking for Environmental Tips and Info

    Hi everyone
    I am looking to put together a newsletter/cookbook for my local food co-op. I want to add tips and tidbits about the environment, organic food/organic gardening, and such. Does anyone know of a good website they could direct me to so that I can start compiling info to make this happen. I also am looking for any recent articles on food safety, environmental issues, and tips for composting, gardening, saving water, energy, and gasoline.

    AAA has standard better fuel economy info (it boils down to tune ups and proper tire inflation)

    This is a big environmental search engine which might help http://www.webdirectory.com/

    You could also try www.unep.org which is the United Nations Environment Program.
