when i'm listening to the radio in the car (trust me, i listen to radio as little as possible) all i ever hear is ashlee simpson. it seems that even though it's proved that she's a horrible singer, and is pretty much untalented. the only thing she has going for her is that her sister's on a reality show, yet she's a pop sensation! i hate some aspects of this country so much...
what are you listening to, the mix???? the mix is horrible. try another station out of KC that wont play ashlee simpson like the buzz or the fox.
no. not american music, just that so many people at my school like music like ashlee simpson. sorry if this topic's already been posted, but i haven't seen it. the buzz, to me all the new alternative rock bands sound the same. or at least very similar.
they dont play ashlee simpson on the buzz. they dont play ashlee simpson on 98.9 nor 99.7 ky. the planet 97.3 doesnt either. you must be really listening to some crappy stations like the mix 93.3 or that crazy ass hiphop station 103 something....
How long have you had these masochistic tendencies? The place to start FM station surfing is at the bottom of the dial. Almost anything above the low 90's is commercial, so you get what the sponsors pay for, and we all know what most sponsors think of our mentality.
man, there's so many reasons why americas dumb like how this country was built to make it so the people could worship want they want (catholicism, or just christianity in general.) and they were mad because they werent allowed to have practice their religion where they came from, so th4ey came to a new land to have freedom oif religion. then, they used that religion as a stupid basis for the whole law system, and rejected others who had different religons as their. they are just like the pople they tried to get away from well, i think this is true. i've studied this, and got this oput of it. tell me if im false oh! and its stupid because hey are thinking about outlawing abortions (unless they arlready are? damn, i need to know more aobut our laws, well, people are against it) the fact that gay marriage isnt legal fuck, i have to go, but theres MUCH MORE! Obviously first of all, if your gonna bad-mouth something, you should at least have a good argument thats not filled with more holes than your head. Second, if you gotta problem with the constitution, take it up with the goverment see if they give a flying fuck about your bias toward religion third, gay marriage does not reflect the country as a whole, do not put this as a subject oh yeah and just for the record, remember kiddies, the radio has this magical device called the OFF button, if you cant use it then your screwed
the majority of the founding fathers were agnostics and deists. uh...i'm thinking the actual proof that america is dumb would probably be all of the people with ridiculous opinions about everything, and the inability to accept that others may have different tastes. i fucking hate people who bitch about pop culture, just turn the damned radio off.
THANK YOU... im not sure where the thread starter is from(mainly cause im too lazy to check the location thing on the side, but im sure you have atleast one primarily classic rock station, in fact i have 3 i get right around my house in PA. if you have a station that plays Ashlee Simpson chances are you have one that doesnt. there's another thing on car radios, atleast most of the one's ive seen. its called a SCANNER it helps you get a quick fix a station then goes to the next and you can stop it when you find a station you like.
he is from kansas city..... and Im from around KC. there are plenty of radio stations that do not play ashlee simpson. there is a huge alternative station, a couple of hard rock stations, a couple of classic rock stations, even country. I think it proves to show that maybe he is dumb. there are more stations out there that do not play that ashlee simpson crap (it takes moving the dial). sounds to me like he is listening to the mix out of KC.
