Hahaha omg I can't believe you all basically said no to the US economy one. The US GDP is something like $11 trillion. The European country with the highest GDP would be Germany, at something like $2.6 trillion. Even together in the EU, the total GDP is only slightly larger than that of the US.
Plus the US GDP growth rate is higher than the EU's.

Yeah, but that doesn't mean it isn't still better than most of the rest of the worlds'. The US is still tied with Norway for the 2nd highest GDP per capita, at $37,600 I believe. Plus a GDP growth rate of 3.1% as opposed to the 1% of the EU, and a lower debt ratio than most major European countries.
