i'm glad your friend is trying to lose the weight. and it is an addiction. when people use food to cope with life. or to escape from it. i guess that's what i was doing. and now it's time to change. i wish your friend good luck! tell her to start up a blog. writing/talking about it is a alot healthier than caving in.

wait, sorry... you want a "skinny girl", who wants you, no matter what your shape? Why does she have to be skinny, but accepting of whatever size you manage to get yourself down to? I'm not trying to be a bitch, it just doesn't quite mesh in my brain that you want a specific body shape, but that gal has to be accepting of whatever shape you end up being over the time.

Anyways, I am glad you're trying to lose the weight and get back into being able to walk around normally in life. 600lbs certainly isn't healthy, hurrah for getting back into a healthy range.

250 would be a good weight for my height. so that's what i'm aiming for. i am more worried about the health matters. if i don't do something soon, i just might not make it to 30. so that's what finally motivated me to get off of my fat ass. lol.

she doesn't have to be totally skinny (remember, to a guy like me, 200 pounds is on the skinny side. lol). i was just talking about how it's not healthy to be so huge, and have certain girls tell me that they liked me being so fat. and thought it was stupid when i told them i had to lose the weight or die. i actually prefer a woman with a little meat on her bones. it's just not healthy to be too thin or too fat. thanks for cheering me on!
